A wine made with the traditional method. Bottled after at least 24 months of ageing on lees.

The wine has fine bubbles, which give a delicate, generous and persistent effervescence. The colour is straw-yellow with a bright greenish highlights. The fresh, fragrant bouquet offers mineral tones accompanying the still perceptible typical floral notes of the vine. A lively, harmonious flavour, with a hint of bite, which spotlights its nature as a sparkling wine.

This is a versatile wine, ideal as an aperitif but also suitable for a complete meal, including dishes from international cuisine.
