We have four organic wine labels. Their versatile flavour makes them suitable accompaniments for all international cuisines, but each one has a particular characteristic:

Our flagship wine: bright and clear, an intense bouquet with rich, persistent floral notes, a smooth, expansive and satisfying flavour.

Gavi del Comune di Gavi DOCG Carlo
Organic wine
Our “classic”: a delicate floral bouquet which conveys the fragrance of the grape. The flavour is harmonious, fresh, pleasant, lively in the mouth.
A second version is produced using the Kosher method, and has KLBD certification

Our sparkling wine: a light, persistent effervescence, a complex bouquet with fruity notes, a fresh, pleasantly citrus flavour.

Gavi del Comune di Tassarolo DOCG

Our latest new entry: a wine made exclusively with grapes from the vineyards in the village of Tassarolo. The label on the bottle shows a lovely view of the local countryside.

Organic wine
Our classic wine: A wine made with the traditional method. Bottled after at least 24 months of ageing on lees.
